Initial Setup Guide (Step-by-Step)
🟢 Part 1 — Get Your TV Ready (Out of the Box)
1. Power On TV
- Plug in TV
- Turn on with remote
2. Connect to WiFi
- Go to Settings → General → Network → Open Network Settings
- Select your WiFi
- Enter password
- Confirm connection
3. Update TV Software (Recommended)
- Settings → Support → Software Update
- Install latest version
🟢 Part 2 — Setup Tizen Player with Yodeck
1. Open Browser on TV
- Go to Setting > System > Play Via > Custom App
2. Go to Player URL & Install App
- Go to Home > App Management > Install Custom App
- Enter Yodeck player link URLs:
- Standard landscape: https://packages.yodeck.com/tizen
- Standard portrait: https://packages.yodeck.com/tizenp
- Unbranded landscape: https://packages.dsbackend.com/tizen
- Unbranded portrait: https://packages.dsbackend.com/tizenp
3. Submit Pairing Code
- After installation complete, you will see a new app in the home menu
- Launch Signage OS under custom App
- TV will show a 9-digit registration code
- Submit code to us to Enter it in your Yodeck dashboard and get connected
